Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Security to lead security engineering programs across the software lifecycle. You will partner with security engineers, product managers, legal and IT to deliver secure, resilient products, track projects, and remove roadblocks so engineers can focus on security problems.

You will synthesize security goals, manage incident response, improve cross-team coordination, and scale security processes.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong program management and the ability to lead security or software development programs at enterprise scale.
• Ability to discuss security concepts with engineers, product managers, and legal teams.
• Proven judgment and composure under high-pressure security incidents.
• Experience aligning security initiatives with broader engineering objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security engineers, infrastructure teams, product managers, and legal to drive security deliverables through the software lifecycle.
• Synthesize security goals from product vision and threat landscape, turning them into actionable team tasks.
• Maintain complete project state, including remediation timelines and incident response obligations.
• Enhance cross-team collaboration across security, IT, legal, and customer-facing teams.
• Design and improve security processes and operational frameworks to scale programs.
• Drive incident response coordination with clear ownership and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with customer-facing engineering teams on adoption of security features and certifications.
