Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead security programs from inception through execution, translating complex technical topics for cross-functional and executive audiences. • Engage in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical tradeoff conversations.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear narratives for cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Experience with strategic, high-ambiguity Security programs and 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Executive-facing operating mechanisms, including planning, execution reviews, SteerCos, strategy summits, design and product reviews, QBRs, and leadership decision forums.
• Experience with portfolio strategy, sequencing, dependency management, program governance, risk tracking, and executive communications.
• Ability to coach and mentor Security TPMs.

Lead strategic, high-ambiguity Security programs from inception through execution
Turn 0-to-1 initiatives into structured, measurable outcomes
Own executive-facing operating mechanisms for the Security organization
Build and scale execution rituals across Security teams
Drive portfolio-level strategy, sequencing, and dependency management across critical Security initiatives
Establish program governance, reporting cadence, decision-making frameworks, escalation paths, risk tracking, and executive communications
Coach and mentor Security TPMs
Build technical and product depth to understand Security architecture choices and tradeoffs
Bridge engineering execution with customer outcomes and product strategy
Engage in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical tradeoff conversations
Raise the bar in program reviews by identifying gaps and driving accountable follow-through
