Playlist is seeking a Technical Program Manager to translate security and IT strategy into coordinated delivery, leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security, and the business to reduce risk and enable growth.

You will own the portfolio, set roadmaps and operating rhythms, mentor PMs, manage risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives. 6-8+ years in tech program mgmt with cyber security or IT program experience required.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in program management at a technology company.
• 2+ years directly managing people.
• Experience running Cyber Security or IT programs.

• Lead and grow a team of Security and IT technical program managers.
• Own Cyber Security and IT program management portfolio and delivery across the org.
