Job summary

Integration International Inc. seeks a Sr. Program Manager – Security Technology to lead a portfolio of security projects in Washington, DC. The role focuses on continuity across security technology programs and governance, with experience in AI, Genetec, Lenel, and VMS environments.

The candidate will manage plans, schedules, budgets, and vendor performance while coordinating with DT stakeholders and security operations. This is a W2 contract role based on East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in security IT.
• Experience managing large, complex enterprise projects.
• Exposure to AI, Lenel, VMS, SOC.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with security standards and compliance.
• Provide regular updates to leadership.
• Manage vendor deliverables and performance.
• Support implementation and optimization of Genetec, Lenel, VMS, and AI tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management.
