Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Remote Security Project Manager to own and lead low-voltage security installations for a national account. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery of ACS, CCTV, IDS, and integrated property technology systems.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in commercial security, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 50–75%. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred, and familiarity with Lenel/OnGuard or similar

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial electronic security or low-voltage systems integration.
• Proven track record leading ACS, CCTV, IDS, intercoms, and property technology infra.
• Experience managing project financials, resources, and multi-tier subcontractors.
• Familiarity with reading security, electrical, and structural drawings.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% to support milestones and field activities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: plan, execute, and close concurrent security installations.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: main point of contact for national account and GC stakeholders.
• Resource & Subcontractor Oversight: manage field technicians, engineers, and partners.
• Financial & Scope Governance: monitor budgets, labor, materials, and change orders.
• Technical Quality & Compliance: ensure design packages and as‑built docs meet standards.
• Risk Mitigation: identify bottlenecks, manage RFIs, resolve site conflicts.
• Pre-Sales & Estimating Support: assist with scope reviews and feasibility.
• Field Verification & Site Audits: lead kickoff, QA audits, commissioning.
