Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors installing access control, intrusion, CCTV, and intercom systems for clients in Northern Virginia. The PM will supervise multiple projects, coordinating with local engineering, sales, and operations while ensuring clear communication and milestone achievement across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a property technology security background with hands-on experience in electronic security

Qualifications

Experience leading security system projects (ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom)
Ability to read and interpret security drawings and electrical/civil drawings
Strong communication with customers, internal teams and subcontractors
Background in property technology security preferred
PMP and related certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of technicians and subcontractors
Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field staff to meet stakeholder expectations
Oversee project schedules, risk mitigation, changes, and material needs
Maintain project equipment inventory and quality control
Assist with proposals as needed
