Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead global physical security programs across a mission-critical footprint. You will plan requirements, manage risks and schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

The role blends security engineering, IT infrastructure, and program delivery to drive MAC projects and lifecycle management. Applicants should exhibit deep security stack expertise, hybrid delivery methods, and a data-driven approach to reporting program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2 years leading physical security program deployments and sustainment.
• Experience with security architectures and supporting IT infra.
• Experience with global programs using Waterfall and Agile; vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Direct high-velocity MAC projects and large-scale security modernizations.
• Own hardware/software roadmaps; drive reliability and maintenance.
• Act as escalation authority for access control and surveillance platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Network Engineering, and SRE on infra updates.
• Manage distributed vendor teams; create executive dashboards from data.
