Job summary

The role requires ownership of assigned projects, robust communication with customers and team, and day-to-day oversight of project status, schedules, risks, changes, and material needs throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in electronic security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple projects in Northern Virginia.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and technical staff to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Read security system drawings and electrical/civil drawings.
• Manage integration engineers for access control, intrusion, CCTV projects.
• Maintain equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality.
