Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a talented Service Technician to join our security business unit. The role focuses on maintenance of fire, security, and communication systems across multiple sites, coordinating tools, and ensuring on-time completion within budget.

Customer relations are key as you coordinate with clients daily. Required are a MA Security System Technician License (Class D), 5+ years in security integration, and proficiency with Honeywell ProWatch, Exacqvision, and CCURE 9000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Massachusetts Security System Technician License (Class D) required.
• At least 5 years of security integration installation/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Honeywell ProWatch experience required (certification strongly preferred).
• Exacqvision, CCURE 9000, and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all systems supported.
• Navigate online service programs.
• Coordinate tools and materials required to complete work on time and within budget.
• Customer relations.
• Daily work and coordination with customer.
• Qualifier for vendor manufacturer product certifications.
• All other duties at the direction of the Operations organization.
• Inspection & Service.

Education
