Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Security Service Technician to join our integration team. You will troubleshoot and resolve security system issues, serve as a technical escalation point, and support access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems across our client base.

You will maintain detailed service documentation, strive for high first-time resolutions, and communicate professionally with customers while assisting fellow technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Advanced experience with electronic security systems.
• Experience supporting multi‑platform access control and video systems.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and system integration.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex service calls.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex service calls.
• Support access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation.
• Ensure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtime.
• Provide professional customer communication and support.
• Assist and support other technicians as needed.
