Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with IP/Networking and OS environments.
• AV control programming experience with Creston, Extron, or AMX.
• Strong SOWs, blueprint reading, and device installation practices.
• Pro Audio, DSP, and Live Sound experience.
• IP Video Based Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite customer support for technical issues.
• Perform field service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose system issues and identify corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and replace defective parts.
• Manage service tickets and report time and activities.
• Coordinate with management to improve processes.
• Occasional travel to service projects.
