Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion).
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Experience leading field technicians or installation teams.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Manufacturer certifications: Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary field contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customers.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance.
• Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework.
