Job summary

Interface Systems LLC is seeking a Level 2 Security Technical Support analyst to provide fault isolation, repair, and service restoration for security systems across CCTV, Fire, Access Control and Intrusion offerings. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with Level 1 teams and external vendors to drive rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with a technology service provider offering technical support to field technicians and customers.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CCTV, Video, Two-Way Audio, Fire, Access Control, and Intrusion is a plus.
• Honeywell, DMP, and Bosch training and/or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical communication cycles with a diverse internal and external audience.
• Engage with customers, field resources, and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve security incidents.
• Maintain enterprise-level client relationships and ensure timely fault isolation and resolution.
