Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Global Security Systems Service Desk Analyst to support remote operations for enterprise physical security systems. You will coordinate incident handling from intake to resolution, and perform advanced troubleshooting while orchestrating field responses when required.

The role favors hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, and related hardware in data centers or mission-critical facilities, with strong customer service skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support, systems analysis, or security service operations.
• Experience with physical security (access control, CCTV) or related tech.
• Proven incident management, triage, and issue resolution experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware, and networked systems.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ownership to drive issues to completion.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as APEX or Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with security hardware installation, configuration, and testing.
