Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 2 Security Technical Support professional to provide fault isolation, repair, and service restoration for Security Lifecycle solutions. The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, and exemplary customer service for CCTV, intrusions, access control, and related technologies.

You will engage with customers and Field Technicians via tickets, email, chat, and phone, escalating where needed and ensuring alignment with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience with a technology service provider.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CCTV, video, and security systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of low-voltage installation and support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical communication cycles with customers and internal teams (Level 1 and Field Engineers).
• Perform fault isolation, diagnose security incidents, and guide resolution across CCTV, intrusion, access control, and related systems.
• Maintain enterprise client relationships and uphold service levels while coordinating with cross-Functional teams and vendors.
