The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in technical support, familiarity with access control systems (Pacom/Lenel/Sielox/GE/Honeywell), and strong communication skills in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years technical support or related experience.
• Familiar with quality processes and systems.
• Experience with PC/on-line information systems, networks, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and systems support for internal/external customers.
• Communicate symptoms, causes and solutions effectively with customers.
• Log incidents in a support system and maintain knowledge base.
• Assist in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of systems.
