Qualifications

• 3+ years of help desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with physical security hardware is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs and basic Unix/Linux OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediary technical support via phone/email/workflow for installation and service requests.
• Set up customer configurations; validate work via vendor apps.
• Complete hardware repair and PC-based programming.
• Escalate unresolved issues and document next steps.
• Create and maintain department resources and knowledge bases.
