Job summary

The Archetype Strategy seeks a Division 28 Team Lead to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic security systems in hyperscale data center environments. You will lead field technicians, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across ACS, CCTV, IDS, and access control platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field installation teams for security systems in large facilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance on customer sites.
• Familiarity with IP-based CCTV and VMS platforms.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and acceptance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, coordination, testing, commissioning, and quality control of ACS, CCTV, VMS, IDS, and related security systems in hyperscale data centers.
• Lead field technicians, mentor staff, and ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and contractors to ensure on-time project completion.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and security system documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, UL standards and customer site requirements.
