Job summary

Digi Security Systems is seeking an experienced Security Systems Field and Service Engineer to join our Houston, TX operations. The role entails skilled service, troubleshooting, programming, and on-site support for access control, CCTV, and burglar/intrusion alarm systems.

Elite Resource Technicians provide training and technical advisement while maintaining high installation standards. Ideal candidates have expert background in installing and servicing security systems and at least seven years

Qualifications

• Expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in the commercial security systems field.

Responsibilities

• Service: maintain and service access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Programming: customize project systems for client needs.
• Networking: high-level integration using networks and servers.
• Quality Control: perform internal audits and document installation quality.
• Leadership: train and mentor on-site technicians and develop SOPs.
• Communication: report daily progress with partners and internal staff.
• Documentation: complete close-out docs and as-built drawings.
