Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in security system installation and leadership roles.
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, and intrusion systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, EIA/TIA, NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support small project teams (2–4 technicians) or phases of larger projects.
• Coordinate daily field activities to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct site walks, construction meetings, and coordinate with GCs and stakeholders.
• Maintain site safety compliance, PPE requirements, and overall job site organization.
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems.
• Program and troubleshoot access control and camera systems.
• Deliver projects with zero quality defects and customer escalations.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior technicians.
