Job summary

Digi Security Systems in Northwest Arkansas seeks an experienced Service Technician to install, service, and program access control, CCTV and intrusion systems across commercial sites. You will troubleshoot, perform customized programming, and provide technical guidance to partners, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

A minimum of five years in commercial security is required, along with reliable driving and professional communication.

Qualifications

At least five (5) years of experience in the commercial security systems field.
Expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

Service: maintain and service access control, CCTV, and motion/intrusion/alarm systems; train Partners as needed.
Troubleshooting: diagnose issues on Partner systems and provide reports to Service Coordinator.
Programming: ensure systems are programmed to high standards and customized per Partner needs.
Communication: provide progress updates to Partners and internal staff.
Documentation: complete service close-out paperwork and invoicing documents.
