Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Specialty Systems Engineering Manager 2 to oversee Supply Chain Risk Management for the Sentinel SSE program in Roy, UT. The role blends leadership with technical execution across hardware, software, firmware, and services from prime and suppliers.

You will lead a team, ensure compliant, resilient supply chains, and coordinate with SSE, Program Management, Quality, and Procurement while following NIST SP 800-161 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s in STEM with 6 years of related experience.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance within the last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain TS clearance with SCI.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex engineering problems.
• Experience with risk management processes and supply chain security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a holistic SCRM Plan across the program lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, track, and report supply chain risks; integrate into the System Risk Management Plan.
• Flow down SCRM and NIST SP 800-161 requirements to suppliers and vendors.
• Establish processes to validate suppliers and authenticate components.
• Plan and prioritize SSE & SCRM scope, staffing, and budgets with program management.
