Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director of System Security Engineering in Roy, Utah to lead a multi-disciplinary team across IA and supply chain security for the Sentinel program.

The role requires an active TS clearance and a strong background in RMF, cybersecurity, and program protection. Expect a demanding, high-impact leadership position with competitive compensation and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree with extensive related experience or a Master’s with fewer years.
• Experience leading teams to achieve common goals in complex programs.
• Knowledge of program financial controls, metrics and dashboards (CAM, EVMS).
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a multi-disciplinary team for system security engineering activities.
• Ensure protection requirements including Supply Chain Security and OPSEC are met.
• Support RMF/A&A processes across all lifecycle phases and programs.
• Provide strategic planning, cost/schedule delivery, and risk mitigation.
