Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Director 1 of System Security Engineering to support the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team in system security activities, risk management, and defense-in-depth strategies across the lifecycle of the program.

The role requires a STEM degree with senior-level experience, active Top Secret clearance with SCI access, and strong leadership in security engineering, cost control, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with significant related experience, or Master’s with extensive experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and programs.
• Experience with program financial controls, metrics, dashboards and EVMS.
• Active U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, A&A, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a multi-disciplinary team in protecting program assets and supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional activities across CONUS for security engineering tasks.
• Plan strategically with cost/schedule focus and mitigate risks to milestones.
• Participate in program reviews, status reporting, and governance forums.
• Provide leadership to a dispersed matrixed team and customer-facing interactions.
