Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Tech Specialist 3 for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets. The role requires government clearance eligibility, a strong background in installation, troubleshooting and testing of security systems, and the ability to work with field personnel and engineers on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Provide support to the system administration team
• Troubleshoot systems and operating systems using advanced networking and admin knowledge
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and SOW documentation
• Coordinate with field personnel and engineering to discuss installation issues
• Perform on-site system support post deployment
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Document system performance and service request records
