Qualifications

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and testing electronic security systems.
• Clearance required: ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLY.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Provide on-site support to field personnel and system admins
• Read blueprints, SOWs, and engineering drawings
• Interface with customers, vendors, and engineering teams
• Prepare detailed documentation of system performance and service records
• Coordinate installation issues with field personnel and engineering teams
