Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with systems engineering in complex environments.
• Ability to develop architecture products, requirements, and technical plans.
• Strong communication skills for briefings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering across the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Translate customer needs into system concepts, architectures and requirements.
• Develop and refine architectures with interfaces, data flows and integration points.
• Lead workshops to elicit requirements and maintain traceability.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; support reviews and technical roadmaps.
• Support RMF accreditation and maintain system documentation.
• Coordinate backlog and align with stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Deliver technical briefings and status reports to government customers.
