M.C. Dean, Inc. is hiring a Security Systems Specialist 3 to design, implement, and sustain enterprise security and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial customers.

You will work with design/install and O&M teams to install, test, and maintain systems ensuring compliance with government standards. The role requires strong problem-solving, hands-on system integration experience, and the ability to lead tasks across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in engineering or IT with experience in security systems.
• Experience implementing secure, reliable solutions meeting IA requirements.
• Clearance and interim Secret clearance required for access to classified info.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain enterprise-level physical security and IT systems.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain systems with O&M teams.
• Lead tasks independently while collaborating across teams.
• Document designs, changes, and SOPs; ensure ICD 705 compliance.
