Job summary
M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Systems Technical Specialist to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) group and support federal customers. You will define, architect, integrate, test, and transition complex systems using systems engineering methods and work across program management and technical teams.
You will collaborate with software, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud, and data teams to deliver secure, resilient solutions and maintain RMF accreditation through the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience applying systems engineering practices to complex technical/mission-focused systems.
- Ability to develop or review architecture products, requirements specs, and acquisition artifacts.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills for technical audiences.
- Ability to work with government sponsors, program managers, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply systems engineering across the full lifecycle: concept to deployment.
- Translate customer needs into system concepts, functional designs and roadmaps.
- Develop and refine system architectures, including interfaces and data flows.
- Lead integration, test, verification, and deployment activities; manage blockers.
