Target is hiring a Senior Target Security Specialist at our Rialto facility. You will perform yard and perimeter patrols, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe work environment.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate security tech systems are required, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes de-escalation tactics, rapid crisis response, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to multi-task and stay calm during crises.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Target-owned vehicles to conduct yard and perimeter patrols.
• Follow emergency procedures and incident notification protocols to leadership.
• Manage truck gate operations and visitor management per procedures.
• Respond quickly and safely to security incidents across property including stairs, rooftops, and trailers.
