Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and document them in the case management system.
• Conduct merchandise receipt checks and assist with loss prevention as needed.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system and uphold AP policies.
• Work with store leadership to maintain a safe and secure environment.
