Target is hiring a Senior Target Security Specialist at our Rialto facility. You will perform yard and perimeter patrols, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe work environment.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate security tech systems are required, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes de-escalation tactics, rapid crisis response, and reliable attendance.

You’ll follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership.
