Job summary

Target, a Fortune 50 company, is hiring for a Senior Target Security Specialist to lead security and safety at a supply chain facility. You will manage procedures to prevent theft, coordinate with stores and supply chain partners, and oversee emergency protocols. The role emphasizes crisis response, incident documentation, and staff onboarding.

You will operate security programs, perform patrols, and ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting team growth across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in loss prevention or security preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate and respond to incidents.
• Able to operate powered equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead a physical security culture at a Target supply chain facility.
• Identify, prevent and investigate theft and shortage.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols.
• Lead and/or support Asset Protection projects.
• Update routine documentation as needed.
