Job summary

Target in Denton, TX is seeking a Senior Target Security Specialist for our Food Distribution Center. You will lead a physical security and safety program to protect teammates and assets, coordinating with site leadership to prevent theft and respond to incidents.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 60 lbs, and shift work. Compensation includes hourly pay with shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Experience in loss prevention or security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security and safety culture at a Target supply chain facility.
• Identify, prevent and investigate theft and shortage.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols.
• Lead or support enterprise asset protection initiatives.
• Execute emergency procedures and notify leadership during incidents.
• Support onboarding of new Asset Protection team members.
• Review and update routine documentation.
