Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a seasoned security professional to manage complex document control and security programs for classified materials in the Northeast region. You will lead orientation, audits, and investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely execution of security plans.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate with government representatives and internal partners across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with minimum 3 years for investigations.
• Experience handling receipt/dispatch of classified materials.
• Experience presenting training or education to groups.
• Familiarity with access control and CCTV in investigations.
• Knowledge of DoD and NISPOM security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Northeast New Hire Orientation.
• Oversee document control for receipt and dispatch of classified materials.
• Conduct classified container security audits and support DCSA inspections.
• Develop and implement security programs to safeguard personnel, IP and facilities.
• Assist in security investigations and report adverse information.
• Coordinate exports/imports with government representatives and logistics teams.
