Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Security Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to support the AD SSBU and GSS CoE with DoD compliance and security program oversight. You will manage entry level professionals, develop SOPs, and coordinate accreditation efforts for classified programs.

The role requires a U.S. security clearance, DoD policy knowledge, and leadership experience across security teams; travel may be required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher with relevant security experience.
• Active DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in DoD program security and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual security requirements for assigned programs.
• Lead security team; plan training, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with ISSO/ISSM on JSIG and ICD-705 measures.
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliant facilities and subcontractor oversight.
