Job summary

Raytheon, headquartered in the US, seeks a self-starter to drive Special Programs security projects and support Executive Level meetings for the Capabilities Growth Office initiatives across New England locations. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and strong collaboration with senior leadership.

The position is onsite primarily at the Tewksbury, MA location, with travel to nearby sites as needed. You will help manage security programs, inspections, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership to support initiatives.
• Active and transferable TS clearance required at time of start.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Raytheon executives to facilitate Special Access Programs / SCI meetings.
• Perform security functions supporting RTX’s Corporate Special Programs Access Portfolio, including material transport and approval, destruction, training, and visit certifications.
• Operate and support Video Teleconferencing systems.
• Lead projects in support of the Special Programs Security Team.
• Coordinate incoming visits across multiple security classification levels.
• Manage Shared Use Special Program Access and SCI facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to enable business objectives; participate in self-inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Support government security compliance inspections.
