Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned security professional to lead the Northeast New Hire Orientation and oversee document control for classified materials. You will coordinate investigations, support defense counterintelligence inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance while working onsite in the US.

A university degree and extensive investigative experience are required. Preferred candidates have knowledge of NISPOM, access control systems, and experience with public speaking and training.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years' relevant security field experience.
• Experience with receipt and dispatch requirements for shipments of classified items; strong investigations background is a plus.
• Public speaking and training experience; ability to educate and guide program partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Northeast New Hire Orientation.
• Manage Document Control for receipt/dispatch of classified materials and conduct container security audits.
• Support DCSA and Self-Inspection activities and ensure continuity of Document Control operations.
