Job summary

Raytheon in Portsmouth, RI seeks an Industrial Security Specialist to support classified materials handling and security records. You will manage security classifications, maintain logs, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with DoD requirements.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in security or related field, and DoD clearance readiness. Proficiency with NISPOM, document control databases and MS Office is preferred. Onsite work with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of security experience.
• Experience with NISPOM, document control databases, and MS Office.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage security records for classified material.
• Assign tracking numbers and classification markings on documents.
• Conduct periodic audits and verify material inventories.
• Support logistics for shipping/receiving classified materials.
• Ensure compliance with 32 CFR and incident reporting.
