Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Industrial Security professional to lead the program ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DoD requirements. The role manages physical security, training, and security reviews across the site.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial security, active DoD Top Secret clearance, and a track record with DCSA interactions, reporting metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10+ years in industrial security
• Advanced degree with 7+ years in related field
• Current FSO certification for a possessing facility
• Experience with the National Industrial Security Program and DCSA interactions

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall industrial security program and compliance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
• Lead annual Self-Inspection and implement corrective actions
• Develop, deliver, and oversee security training and awareness programs
• Coordinate for internal and DCSA security reviews
• Manage accountability and storage of classified information and equipment
• Coordinate with ISSM on classified operations and system authorization
• Manage physical security, access control, and security systems
• Administer required security briefings and debriefings
• Conduct inquiries and investigations and follow up actions
• Collect and report security metrics for program oversight
