Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Account Manager to increase market share and uncover new opportunities while building long-term customer relationships. The role involves driving sales in CCTV, IP, AV, security, and fire technologies across a large customer base in North America.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of security distribution sales experience, a proven track record, and strong communication. Travel up to 75% is required, with proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, and fire.
Successful track record in security distribution sales.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to manage high call volume and learn quickly.
Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Increase market share by converting potential customers to ADI customers.
Strengthen current customer relationships and educate customers on new products.
Drive market intelligence, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver sales wins.
Foster positive relationships within ADI to enable team selling and priority service for customers.
Implement customer training to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
