ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Account Manager to grow market share, uncover new opportunities, and build long-term relationships. This role requires travel up to 75% and monthly sales incentives.

The position is based in the United States with remote options noted. Key responsibilities include expanding the customer base, supporting service teams, and delivering product knowledge through trainings to drive growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV, security or fire sectors.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Excellent selling, negotiating and closing skills for long-term relationships.
Ability to learn quickly, handle high call volume and think creatively.
Strong work ethic and high ethical standards in sales activities.
Strong customer service, organization and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication, written and verbal, plus team mindset.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.

Responsibilities
