You will oversee investigations, enforce safety protocols, manage budgets, train staff, and collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service while maintaining strict security

Qualifications

• College degree in law enforcement or related field preferred.
• Administrative, leadership, investigative, customer service and public speaking skills required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Three years supervisory or command experience in law enforcement or security.
• Investigative and communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls preferred.
• Criminal history check required.
• Louisiana driver’s license required.
• Teamwork and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safeguarding of assets and enforcement programs as assigned.
• Supervises investigations conducted by Security personnel.
• Delivers exceptional guest service through Security and Risk staff.
• Manages overall property security, law compliance, and safety.
• Oversees vehicle damage/theft reports with Risk Management.
• Develops operational and budget procedures for the department.
• Implements safety training and preventive maintenance programs.
• Cross-trains staff across security operations.
• Ensures staff presentation and guest issue resolution.
