Caesars Entertainment in Nebraska is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations across the casino property, providing leadership to Security Officers, responding to incidents, and protecting assets.

The role requires high standards of professionalism, integrity, and guest service, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, staff development, and collaboration with Surveillance and upper management.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Nebraska Racing & Gaming license.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily security operations across the casino property.
• Provide leadership to Security Officers and liaise with surveillance and management.
• Respond to escalated incidents and enforce policies and gaming regulations.
• Protect casino assets and monitor cash movements and gaming assets.
• Develop and maintain incident reports and lead investigations.
• Onboard, train, and develop security staff; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
