Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Nebraska Racing & Gaming license.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across the casino property.
• Provide leadership to Security Officers and liaise with surveillance and management.
• Respond to escalated incidents and enforce policies and gaming regulations.
• Protect casino assets and monitor cash movements and gaming assets.
• Develop and maintain incident reports and lead investigations.
• Onboard, train, and develop security staff; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
