Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. in Tysons, VA is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager to lead large-scale electronic security installation projects.

You will oversee schedule, budget, safety, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and customers to deliver integrated systems for critical facilities. The role requires strong leadership, superior communication, and a proven track record managing multi-discipline teams across fire alarm, access control, video, and power systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience handling construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with engineering firms, clients, and general contractors.
• Proven track record delivering multi-discipline projects (Fire alarm, Communications, Security, AV, Power).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financials for the project(s).
• Ensure on-time project completion and delivery.
• Coordinate and run PKOM (project kickoff).
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs for projects.
• Prepare price proposals and change orders.
• Prepare monthly reports on budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower.
• Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades.
