Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Lead Security Programmer/Commissioning Engineer in Menomonee Falls, WI to lead projects from planning through close-out. You will direct installation, commissioning, and procurement while coordinating with customers to maximize satisfaction.

The role requires a background in building automation, fire alarm, or AV systems, plus leadership and mentoring skills. You will work in a dynamic team focused on safety, quality and results.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in engineering or related field.
• Background in building automation, fire alarm, or AV systems preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years relevant engineering, field service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, schedules and budgets up to $1M.
• Direct installation, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans.
• Manage procurement and subcontractors to meet schedule and cost goals.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction across projects.
