CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead deployment of our platform services for customers.

You’ll manage project lifecycle, coordinate with technical teams, sales, and customers to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and high quality results. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT project management in security, deep SIEM knowledge, and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain.
• Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, architecture, functionality, and implementation.
• Proven experience with standard methodologies (waterfall and Agile).
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and schedules for successful execution.
• Create project collateral and artifacts to establish a solid PM practice.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Lead a team of engineers and consultants to ensure delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with contingency plans.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and minutes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support for alignment.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and high-quality services.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
