The position is hybrid, with on-site requirements at Sunnyvale, Redmond, NYC, or Austin, and reports into senior leadership to advance the AI-native security platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive resilience and evolving practices to meet changing business and tech landscapes.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Champion best practices in software development, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for engineering effectiveness and team health.
• Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent and represent engineering in executive forums.
