Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Platform Services deployments. You will manage multiple smaller implementations, coordinate with clients and technical teams, and help maintain schedules and status updates across projects.

This remote US role offers growth and exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT project coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles.
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations.
• Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates.
• Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively between different projects.
• Problem-solving skills with focus on quick issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle.
• Support queue management for on-hold projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent projects.
• Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations.
