Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead AI-native capabilities within the Falcon NG-SIEM platform. You will guide product strategy for XDR, SIEM, and SOAR, collaborating with engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver impactful features.

This hybrid role is on-site in multiple U.S. locations including Sunnyvale, Redmond, New York City, Austin, and Toronto. Travel up to 20% and a BA/BS are required; a Master’s degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience owning product direction for AI/ML, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, and related security segments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate positioning and technology.
• Curious about new technologies, systems, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with research, engineering, and product marketing.
• Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and work with local and remote teams.
• Up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decisions and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product leader for building AI-native capabilities directly in Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.
• Define and maintain strategy and roadmap for AI-native functionality within NG-SIEM offerings.
• Collaborate with Engineering and data science to deliver AI-native solutions.
• Identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance functional capabilities.
• Partner with marketing to define go-to-market strategy and messaging.
• Engage with sales and support to champion releases and guide direction.
• Conduct competitive analyses and stay current on competitive activity.
• Work with a team of high-performing product professionals in a collaborative environment.
